We're confident in The 365 Days Better Me Path. If you're not satisfied after your first quarter (90 days), we'll refund your money. No questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Not have received multiple refunds in the past 12 months (fraud prevention)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@earnly.store with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Reason for refund request
  • Order number (if available)

We'll review your request and process refunds within 5-10 business days of approval.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account. Note that transaction fees are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellation

If you purchased a multi-month subscription (Half-Year or Annual plan), you can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to all materials through the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for remaining time on a subscription (unless within the 30-day guarantee)
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime before your next scheduled charge

Partial Refunds

If you purchased a Half-Year or Annual subscription and request a refund after the 30-day window, partial refunds are not available. You can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but previously paid amounts are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after initial purchase
  • User error or misunderstanding of product features
  • Technical issues on your device or network
  • Changes of mind after successful delivery of materials
  • Third-party chargebacks (fraud prevention policy)

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or part of a pattern of abuse. Repeated refund requests from the same account may result in account suspension.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider without first contacting us, we may pursue legal action to recover costs associated with the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
